Sync contacts, leads, and chat transcripts by integrating Zoho CRM with Acquire. This integration allows you to manage your CRM contacts directly from the Acquire dashboard making it easy to get new leads, identify their needs, and turn them into customers.

Connecting Zoho CRM with Acquire
Go to App Store > CRM > Zoho CRM and click on 'Install App' under the Zoho CRM icon. A pop-up will appear, review the app details and click 'Install'.
You will be taken to a new page. Review the app permissions and click 'Authorize Access'.
You will then be taken automatically to the Zoho CRM login page. Enter your admin account credentials and log in.
You will be presented with an authentication message. Click 'Accept' to give permission to Zoho CRM.
By default, Acquire Contact fields will map to Zoho CRM Contact fields. The Case fields in Acquire will map to Zoho Note fields. Additionally, Chat Transcripts will map to the Zoho Note field when a conversation is closed.
In lead mapping, Acquire Contact fields are mapped with Zoho CRM’s Lead fields. The Case fields in Acquire will map to Zoho Note fields. Additionally, Chat Transcripts will map to the Zoho Note field when a conversation is closed.
To save details and sync them to Zoho CRM during a conversation, click the Zoho CRM icon in the top right of the contact profile.
The 'Contact' and 'Lead' details are now saved across both systems.
Details will also sync when a conversation is closed. You can view the chat transcripts in the Zoho CRM dashboard under the 'Notes' section.
