Understanding Cobrowse Analytics

To access cobrowse analytics, go to Analytics > Cobrowse.

Use the overview graph to understand the frequency and duration of cobrowse sessions.

In the overview graph, you’ll be able to see: 

• The total cobrowse sessions during that period (leftmost, blue bar)
• The total pages visited (rightmost, green bar) 
• The average session duration (gray, dotted line) 

In the Cobrowse Page Source chart, view the page URLs that cobrowsers visited.
