Server Status

We're taking a deeper look at some of our integrations, including this one. In the meantime, some of the functionality described here may not work as expected. Thank you for your patience.

Display your current server status to visitors in the widget. That way, when visitors are on your site, they'll know instantly when a service interruption occurs.

Displaying Server Status in the Widget

Navigate to Settings > Messenger Setup > Widget Apps and select ‘Server Status’. Then click ‘Push App to Widget’. The status will display in the widget and clicking into it will redirect the visitor to your status page.

Managing and Uninstalling Server Status

Need to change the Statuspage ID? Go to the App Store, find the Server Status tile, and click on the three dots ('...'). Select 'Edit'. Go to the 'Setting' tab and change the Statuspage ID. Then click on 'Save'.

When you no longer need the Server Status app, go to the App Store, find the Server Status tile, and click on the three dots ('...'). Then click 'Uninstall'. The app will uninstall.

Instead of uninstalling you may hide the Server Status app in the widget. Go to Settings > Messenger Setup > Widget Apps and click on the trash can icon next to the app in the widget preview.
