Salesforce

We're taking a deeper look at some of our integrations, including this one. In the meantime, some of the functionality described here may not work as expected. Thank you for your patience.

Sync leads, contacts, and conversation activity between Salesforce and Acquire, making it easy to maintain customer data in your system of record. This integration will allow you to:

  • Automatically sync customer details and conversations to Salesforce
  • Keep existing contacts, leads, account, cases and other objects up to date with details captured in Acquire
  • Manually create new objects in Salesforce from Acquire

Automatically sync chat transcripts configured to the case, notes, or tasks of your choosing

Syncing Records Between Acquire and Salesforce

After setting up the app permissions, you’ll be redirected back into Acquire for primary key setting and field mapping. You will have the option to manually configure the fields or use the automatic recommendations.

Not seeing your Salesforce fields when you map? You may need to re-install the integration to see newly-added fields.

Primary Key Setting

Create unique records for Leads or Contacts in Salesforce. Unique leads may be based on multiple attributes such as ‘Email address’ and ‘Lead source’. For example, ask yourself: how would you like returning Acquire visitors to be recognized by Salesforce? By their email address?

After installation, you’ll be prompted to set the primary key.

Set the primary key in the ‘Primary Key’ setting tab.

Field Mapping

There are four Salesforce objects that fields can be mapped to. Only ONE filed type may be selected for the integration.
