Save your users time by integrating Guru with Acquire. They’ll be able to search and view articles right from Acquire, so there’s no need to switch between platforms.

Connecting Guru with Acquire

Connect Guru with Acquire by heading to the App Store > CRM and then clicking ‘Install App’ under Guru.

A pop-up window will appear, click the 'Install App' button.

On the following page, review the app permissions and click 'Authorize Access'.

You’ll be redirected back to Acquire to complete the setup.
Next, Navigate to the ‘Setting’ tab in the Guru app and enter your Guru email address and API token. Then click ‘Save’.

How to Get Your Guru API Token

Log in to your account at Then click on the settings menu in the upper right corner and select ‘Team Settings’.

Next, choose ‘API Access’ from the left navigation menu. Then click ‘Generate Token’.

Copy your token, then go back into Acquire and paste it in the corresponding field. 

Searching for Guru Articles

To search your Guru articles, use the integration icon located in the right sidebar of a conversation timeline. Click on the article you need to view. Copy and paste relevant text and send to a visitor.
