Use and Acquire to chat with your customers about common banking questions. specializes in bank and finance-related questions and will help free up agent time by answering questions related to account interest rates, account balances, billing, loans, credit scores, and much more.

Installing in Acquire 

You will need your User ID, Verification Token, and Authentication Token to use this integration. See more about setting up an agent in the Getting Started Guide

Once you have your credentials, go to Acquire App Store > Chatbots and click on the tile. 

Click ‘Install’.

Click ‘Authorize Access’ to authorize the integration. 

You’ll be redirected to the Settings tab. Input your User ID, Verify Token, and Authentication Token.

Then, hit ‘Save’.

Once installed, the tile should show an ‘Already Installed’ label at the bottom. 

Using in Acquire

Now that you’ve installed, you’re ready to activate it via a Business Rule. 

Next, you can use a Business Rule to engage your chatbot with visitors.

But first, you may want to test out your new bot. To set up a simple Business Rule, go to Settings > Workflows > Business Rules. Click on ‘New Rule’ and choose ‘Chat’ as your ‘Channel’ and ‘On New Conversation’ as your ‘Trigger Type’. Then press ‘Create’.

Create a new branch, and choose ‘Assign Bot’. From the bot drop-down menu, select ‘’ or what you named the bot.


‘Save’ the Business Rule and use the toggle button to switch it to ‘active’. Be sure to check that no other Business Rules are overriding it. 

You may want to test out the bot before having it interact with customers. Go to your Dashboard, and click on ‘Go to Chat Simulate Page’.

Once there, engage the bot in a conversation by clicking on the launcher and beginning a new conversation. The bot should respond to finance-related questions.'s bot may also be used with an Acquire Sequence Bot to provide visitors with a robust self-service experience. 

Editing or Uninstalling

Need to make changes? Go to the App Store and click on the three dots (‘...’) on the tile and select ‘Edit’. You’ll be able to make changes in the ‘Settings’ tab. You may also change display information by selecting 'Bot Identity'. Name your bot and upload a picture (Settings > Messenger Settings > Chat Widget > Advanced > Show Agent Avatar in Chat will need to be enabled). 

Upload a picture and name the bot to give visitors a specialized experience. 

Need to uninstall? Go to the App Store and click on the three dots (‘...’) on the tile and select ‘Uninstall’. The application will be uninstalled. Please note that any integrations you set up with Business Rules may break when is uninstalled.
