Embed a Typeform survey in the widget.

How to Install:

Go to the App Store > Widget Apps > Typeform. Click ‘Install App’. Review the app capabilities and click ‘Install’. On the next screen, review the permissions and access levels, then click ‘Authorize Access’. Next, you’ll need to log in to Typeform to complete the integration. Once you accept, you will be redirected back to Acquire.

In the Typeform app settings, select the form you want to use. Click ‘Save’ and your form is ready to be pushed in conversations.

How to Use:

During a conversation, click the App icon and select ‘Typeform’ to send the form to the visitor. They can then fill out the information and the submission will display in the Acquire conversation timeline.
