Setting Default Languages
Acquire supports more than 25 languages both in the front-end Chat Widget and the platform. They are:
- English
- English (UK)
- Arabic
- Chinese
- Danish
- Dutch
- Finnish

- Hungarian
- Indonesian
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Mongolian

Navigate to Settings > Messenger Setup > Languages to set your default languages.
Use the dropdown menu to choose a language for the Chat Widget and the Application.
The platform also supports spell check across 11 languages. Use the toggle switch to turn spell check on for:
- English
- Danish
- Dutch
- Finnish
- French
- German
- Greek
- Italian
- Portugese
- Spanish
- Swedish
Visitor Feature Access
Control whether visitors can initiate voice and video calls from the Chat Widget. Head to Settings > Messenger Settings > Advanced Settings to turn these features on or off.
Custom CSS & Frame CSS
You have the option to use CSS for advanced widget customization. Insert your code in Custom CSS or Frame CSS in Settings > Messenger Setup > Advanced Settings to make the changes.
